TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – “Forest Act”), including work in the scope of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, and the acquisition and skidding of timber to be carried out within the area of the Syców Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the aggregate quantities of work in the scope of forest management, silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, and the acquisition and skidding of timber resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the appendices forming part of Appendix No. 2 are of an estimated nature. Quality standards relating to all material features of the subject of the contract are set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
