TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task (Part) 1 – Performing periodic technical condition inspections of chimney flues, cleaning of chimney flues, carbon monoxide sensor inspections, and drafting chimney sweeper opinions in residential and utility buildings located in the Administrative Area UO-01 in the years 2026/2027. The list of chimney flues in the buildings is specified in Annex No. 8 to the Terms of Reference "Table of chimney flues for 2026. Administrative Area UO-01 - Task 1" 2.
