TENDER DESCRIPTION

Replacement of two passenger lifts with brand-new ones at the MUSZELKA Health Resort Sanatorium in Kołobrzeg 1. The subject of the contract is the replacement of two passenger lifts with brand-new passenger lifts at the MUSZELKA Health Resort Sanatorium in Kołobrzeg.2. The detailed scope of work is presented in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.3. The tasks will be performed in an operational facility; the nuisance/strain of the works must be coordinated with the facility management.4. The offered lift must have a document confirming that the appropriate conformity assessment procedure for the complete lift as a whole has been carried out, issued by a notified body, in accordance with the requirements of Directive 2014/33/EU. The document must refer to the offered type of lift and the technical solution used. 5. It is not permitted to confirm the conformity of the complete lift solely by providing separate certificates, separate attestations, or other documents concerning individual subassemblies or safety components. Documents relating to subassemblies and safety components may constitute only supplementary documentation confirming the conformity of the complete lift.
