TENDER DESCRIPTION

Replacement of windows in the building of the Statistical Office in Kraków 1) The subject of the contract is the replacement of windows in the building of the Statistical Office in Kraków, including: a) dismantling existing PVC windows – 223 pieces, b) supply and installation of white PVC windows – 223 pieces, c) removal of old window frames and sashes without damaging the building structure, d) cutting out part of the existing window sills in order to eliminate thermal bridges and ensure stable support of the structure. The Contractor is required to use window sill mounting profiles (so-called warm sills / sill strips filled with hard polyurethane foam / purenit / klinaryt), e) installing the new windows based on the manufacturer’s guidelines and building workmanship standards. f) filling plaster, puttying the reveals from the inside, and securing the foam from the outside, g) installation on internal window sills of white PVC restoration overlays in the size 1320X300 – 223 pieces, h) removal and disposal of materials from the dismantling, i) preparing a work schedule, hereinafter referred to as the “Schedule”, j) preparing as-built documentation.
