Replacement of lighting with LED lighting in Building A as part of the thermal modernisation of Building A of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Szamotuły 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment task entitled: “Replacement of lighting with LED lighting in Building A as part of the thermal modernisation of Building A of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Szamotuły”. 2. Location: Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Szamotuły, ul. Sukiennicza 13, 64-500 Szamotuły. 3. The subject of the contract includes the replacement of lighting with LED lighting in Building A. The Contracting Authority informs that, in the PFU documentation under preparation, Building A (pages 23 to 29) contains guidelines for replacing lighting with LED lighting. The PFU constitutes, in this procedure, only supporting documentation solely with regard to lighting replacement. The provisions of the PFU concerning the obligation to design and prepare design documentation by the Contractor and to make designers available do not apply to this contract. 4.
