REPLACEMENT OF LIFTING BELTS AND SUBASSEMBLIES IN PASSENGER ELEVATORS 1. The subject of the contract is the service of replacing lifting belts and subassemblies in passenger elevators of the SCHINDLER brand in Building No. 1/2744 at Kościuszki Street in Poznań. 2. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders. The entire service is provided within the premises of a single military complex in one facility. Dividing the contract would significantly hinder the organization of service performance. Despite the lack of division, due to the small scope and low value, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises may apply for the contract without any obstacles. In addition, dividing the contract could result in reduced competition between contractors, due to smaller value contracts. In the case of this contract, the optimal solution for achieving the intended objectives is to award one contract covering the entire scope of the service. 3. The place where the service will be performed will be Building No. 1 located in complex 2744 in Poznań at Kościuszki Street 92/98.
