TENDER DESCRIPTION
Replacement of the roofing covering of the B penitentiary building at the Detention Centre in Gliwice 1. Removal and disposal of old roofing layers2. Filling of defects: flat roof, chimneys and firewalls3. Installation of new roof covering layers with an area of approx. 310 m2 using styropap (styrofoam covered membrane) with a thickness of 20 cm, in accordance with the technology for the given type of roofing.4. Minimum requirements for the top roofing felt: thermally bonded roofing felt min. thickness 5 mm, core grammage 250 g/m2, resistance class P3 or P45.5. Dismantling of old sheet-metal flashings6. Installation of new sheet-metal flashings over a length of approx. 80 m (colour: shades of grey)7. Replacement of two skylights8. Replacement of gutters and downspouts: galvanised gutter and downspout pipes.9. Replacement of the lightning protection system10. Dismantling and installation of technical and protective barriers
