Replacement of the roof covering of a building located at Rynek 12 Street in Sułów Project entitled “Replacement of the roof covering of a building located at Rynek 12 Street in Sułów” DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT Replacement of the roof covering of a building located at Rynek 12 Street in Sułów, plot no. 104/1, cadastral unit Sułów, Milicz municipality. SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: The subject of the task is to carry out construction works consisting in replacing the roof covering of a building located at Rynek 12 Street in Sułów together with the rebuilding of chimneys above the roof, replacement of gutters, downpipes and the lightning protection installation. As part of the renovation, works have been planned consisting of: • with regard to demolition works: - fencing off and securing the area around the building, - securing window and door openings by taping them with adhesive tapes, polyethylene sheets and soft fibreboard panels cut to the shape of the windows, - demolition of the old roof covering: roof tiles, downpipes, gutters, chimney flashings, cappings, eaves, anti-snow protection, - demolition of felt roofing, - erection of scaffolding at the…
