Replacement of gutters, downspouts and sheet-metal work in the chapel of the Social Welfare Home im. L. and A. Helclów in Kraków 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works on the premises of the Social Welfare Home im. L. and A. Helclów in Kraków (DPS), on a property located at ul. Helclów 2, designated as plot no. 116/14, cadastral district 116, registration unit Śródmieście, involving the replacement of gutters, downspouts and sheet-metal work in the DPS chapel. 2. The substantive scope of the contract includes: 1) repair (replacement) of guttering in the chapel, replacement of gutter and downspout fastening hooks, 2) repair of roof covering fragments (eaves zone), 3) installation of snow guards, 4) replacement of sheet-metal fittings and preparation of flashings between the gutter and the cornice, 5) conservation works in the fascia-under-gutter strip and in areas of downspouts together with splash guards (to the minimum necessary extent), 6) accompanying finishing works. 3.
