TENDER DESCRIPTION

Replacement of door and window joinery in residential premises forming the public housing stock of the City of Chełm 1. The subject of the contract is “Replacement of door and window joinery in residential premises forming the public housing stock of the City of Chełm”. The scope of construction works includes: 1) construction works: replacement of windows and doors; 2) bricklaying works: finishing of window reveals; 3) plastering works: finishing of window reveals; 4) sheet metal works: installation of external window sills; 5) removal and disposal of rubble, doors and windows from demolition; 6) cleaning works. 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified by: 1) Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU) – Annex No 4 to the SWZ; 2) Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract – Annex No 1 to the PPU. 3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
