3.3. Client’s requirements concerning the subject of the contract: The Contractor undertakes to carry out the subject of the contract in accordance with the description contained in the SWZ, the contract, and in accordance with: a) Functional and Performance Programme constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ b) conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and the Building Law; c) requirements resulting from applicable Polish Standards, Technical Execution and Acceptance Conditions for Construction Works and related regulations; d) the principles of sound technical knowledge and established customs. When carrying out the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall purchase, at its own expense within the costs specified in this contract, all finishing materials necessary for the execution of the given task.
