Replacement of floor covering in office premises and door joinery in the building at Mickiewicza Street 10-16 in Toruń. The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation and construction works involving the replacement of floor covering in office premises and door joinery in the building at Mickiewicza Street 10-16 in Toruń. The contract includes: 1) removing the carpet floor covering; 2) removing the existing parquet; 3) cleaning the substrate; 4) dismantling the existing doors and transoms; 5) bricklaying-up the openings after the transoms and adjusting the door openings; 6) installation of new lintels; 7) floor work (levelling layers); 8) priming the substrate; 9) moisture control; 10) installation of skirting trim/battens; 11) installation of opening joinery—door joinery; 12) patching plaster and preparing for painting; 13) laying PVC floor covering and installing skirting trim/battens; 14) completing the painting of the walls.
