TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the replacement of pressure tanks for compressed air used to start the propulsion engine of the icebreaker. These tanks, as technical devices subject to technical supervision, according to Article 14 paragraph 1 of the Act of 21 December 2000 on technical supervision (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1194), may be operated exclusively based on a decision permitting operation, issued by the competent authority of the technical supervision unit.
