TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the successive delivery of laboratory consumables, hereinafter referred to as materials or products, for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (excluding the Collegium Medicum UJ), intended in particular for carrying out tasks in the areas of education, scientific activity, and commercialization of the results of such activity. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a quantitative list of materials, is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which also constitutes the form for calculating the price of the offer. 2.1. The Contracting Authority allows delivery of products in packaging other than that indicated in Annex A to the SWZ; however, only smaller packages are permitted, while maintaining proportionality of the price resulting from the Contractor’s offer. 3.
