TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the successive delivery of reagents, hereinafter referred to as reagents or products, for the organizational units of Jagiellonian University in Kraków (excluding Collegium Medicum UJ), intended in particular for activities in the fields of teaching, scientific research and commercial activities. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a quantitative list of reagents, is provided in Annex A to the SWZ, which also serves as the form for calculating the price of the offer. 3.
