TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the insurance of property and other interests of Agencja Rozwoju Miasta Krakowa Sp. z o.o., respectively with regard to 1 to 2 parts of the subject matter of the contract. 1.1 Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling this procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract have not been granted. 1.2 The subject matter of the contract includes: 1.2.1 Part 1 – insurance of property (PD), electronic equipment (EEI), interruption of business of ICE Kraków (BI) and civil liability (OC) of ARMK, whereby Part 1 comprises the basic scope and the scope covered by option right no 1 and the scope covered by option right no 2; 1.2.2 Part 2 – general insurance of construction and assembly investments CAR/EAR together with Section II of civil liability, in the period from 1 November 2026 to 31.12.2028. 1.3 The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial tenders, respectively with regard to one to two parts of the subject matter of the contract specified in point 1.2 of the…
