1. The subject of the proceedings and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for insurance of property and other interests of Agencja Rozwoju Miasta Krakowa Sp. z o.o., respectively with regard to 1 to 2 parts of the contract subject-matter. 1.1 Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling these procurement proceedings if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to financing the contract have not been granted to it. 1.2 The subject of the contract includes: 1.2.1 Part 1 – insurance of property (PD), electronic equipment (EEI), interruptions in the business operations of ICE Kraków (BI), and one liability insurance (OC) policy covering all ARMK’s operations, including ICE Kraków’s operations, whereby Part 1 comprises the basic scope and the scope covered by Option Law option no 1 and the scope covered by Option Law option no 2. 1.2.2 Part 2 – general insurance of construction and installation investments CAR/EAR together with Section II for civil liability, in the period from 01.12.2026 to 31.12.2028. 1.3 The Contracting Authority allows for submission of…
