TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract within the framework of the basic order is the provision by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority of: 1) delivery of technical devices along with software for the needs of digital recording of court proceedings, installation, implementation, commissioning, and warranty service and technical support for 77 courtrooms previously unequipped with equipment for digital recording of court proceedings (Annex No. 3a to the Agreement – List of locations) and 24 courtrooms designated for modernization (Annex No. 3b to the Agreement – List of locations); 2) delivery, installation, and commissioning of technical devices along with software as well as installation, implementation, warranty service, and technical support of the audio-video recording system for 16 Friendly Interview Rooms (Annex No. 3c to the Agreement – List of locations); 3) provision of a 48-month warranty on the products delivered under the Agreement and the services performed, counted from the date of signing the relevant acceptance protocol.
