TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1 – Purchase and delivery of AED defibrillators a) AED defibrillator including paediatric key, external casing and AED board – 12 sets, b) Training AED defibrillator (trainer) including manikin – 8 sets, c) First-aid equipment case containing equipment for providing first aid – 10 sets 1. The order includes the purchase and delivery of the subject matter of the order (individual tasks). If in the Annexes, respectively 1a-1l to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the order – the Contracting Authority indicated “including installation”, the Contractor, as part of performance of the order (within the price offered), is obliged to deliver the additional equipment/furnishings and install them. The type of equipment/additional equipment indicated in a given task must be the same (the same manufacturer, type/model or other designation identifying the product). 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the technical and warranty requirements are defined in the Annexes No 1a – 1l to the SWZ (OPZ).
