TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. Contract subject matter: Provision of the warehouse equipment of the Starostwo Powiatowe in Namysłów and the Namysłów Health Centre for the protection of the public and civil defence for use in crisis situations - Part 1 – telephones. 2. The contract is financed from funds granted under the Government Programme for Protection of the Public and Civil Defence for 2025–2026. 3. The Contracting Authority divides the contract into parts and allows for the submission of partial tenders within a single procurement procedure. Therefore, the Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7(15) of the Act: Part 1 – telephones. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOP) is included in Appendix 3.1 to the SWZ entitled: „08 Appendix No 3.1 SOP - part 1 (TELEPHONES)”. The detailed list of equipment is specified in Appendix 2 to the tender form entitled „04 Appendix No 1.2 Price form - part 1 (TELEPHONES)”.
