TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract includes successive deliveries of single-use medical devices along with transport to the Contracting Authority’s registered office - Municipal Hospital in Gliwice Sp. z o.o. - Hospital Pharmacy, ul. Zygmunta Starego 20 or the Procurement Department at ul. Kościuszki 29, 44-100 Gliwice, and unloading to the pharmacy warehouses at the Contractor’s expense. The subject of the contract has been divided into 64 packages (parts). A detailed description of the products has been provided in the description of the subject matter of the contract in the assortment-and-price schedule with a breakdown by packages, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered subject matter meets the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 799), meets the requirements indicated in other applicable special regulations and standards regarding the subject matter of the contract, and meets the minimum requirements set out in the SWZ.
