TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: “Prince’s Manor Exhibition in Oświęcim: purchase of display fit-out equipment for the exhibition and installation of systems necessary to create it. Translation of the exhibition into English, with the preparation of QR codes”. 2. The contract concerns the implementation of the project for a permanent exhibition “Prince’s Manor in Oświęcim”, the aim of which is to present the history of Oświęcim from the period when it functioned as an independent duchy and to show the significance of the Oświęcim castle as a place that for centuries has been the centre of political, economic and cultural life in the region. The exhibition project was developed by Dr hab. Anna Skołożyńska-Ciecierę, ASC Studio. Based on the prepared design, the contract provides for comprehensive implementation of the elements necessary to launch the new permanent exhibition, in particular including the purchase of equipment, the execution and installation of a multimedia system, the execution of an exhibition lighting system, and the arrangement of exhibition space.
