TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the removal together with disposal of solid waste of the following type: rubble (construction debris), tyres, dismantled electrical equipment, electronic (WEEE/household appliances), insulating materials and construction materials containing gypsum, waste from the textile industry from areas administered by ZGN in the Wola District of the City of Warsaw, within the area of the Local Teams for Servicing Residents: Koło, Młynów, Nowolipki, Ogrodowa. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which form an integral part of the SWZ. The Contractor is required to perform the contract on the basis of the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor: • has an entry in the Database on Products and Packaging and on Waste Management (BDO) as at the date of submission of tenders.
