TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of tasks including the supply of hardware-and-software infrastructure - Delivery of IT hardware and software 2. All supplied IT devices for which the Energy Star programme provides a product category must meet the requirements of the Energy Star standard or an equivalent one (in accordance with the DNSH criteria for digital investments). 3. The equipment must be factory-new and free of substances from the REACH/RoHS list (or equivalent), to the extent that these regulations apply to the given device. 4. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract. 1.
