XDR riešenie (Extended Detection and Response)

The contract is concluded for a definite period of 60 months (5 years). The total duration of 60 months commences from the date of the protocol acceptance of the properly implemented XDR solution components by the client.

The contract becomes valid on the day it is signed by both contracting parties and becomes effective on the day following its publication in the Central Register.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Implementation, integration, and configuration of XDR, NDR, EDR, Deception, Sandbox, and network visibility.
• Development of technical and operational documentation, training of administrators, security team, and SOC team.
• Provider support, including system maintenance, prophylaxis, application of updates, component upgrades, and ensuring communication with manufacturer technical support, for a period of 5 years.
• Delivery, implementation, integration, and acceptance testing of XDR solution components must be successfully completed within 60 calendar days from the date the provider receives the call for performance.
• Support services commence on the day the handover protocol is signed.
• Licenses and licensing rights, provided for 60 months, will be activated on the day the handover protocol is signed.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of an XDR solution (Extended Detection and Response), which includes NDR, EDR, Deception, Sandbox, and a network visibility platform like Gigamon or its functional equivalent.

The key deliverables and services for this tender, generally for a 5-year period unless specified otherwise, are:

• NDR (Network Detection and Response) platform for monitoring and analyzing network traffic (minimum 2 Gbps), including retention of security logs, network sessions, and metadata for at least 12 months, and retrospective analytics for the last 30 days.
• NDR support.
• Sandbox HW with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
• Sandbox license, including support and updates.
• EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solution for at least 2500 endpoints, including endpoint agents.
• EDR technical support and updates.
• Permanent deception solution license with support for at least 2500 deception objects.
• Detection support | Premium Software Support, including threat intelligence feeds, updates of detection mechanisms, and security content.
• Gigamon HC1 or equivalent network visibility platform and packet broker solution with a minimum 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
• Licensing of GigaSMART functionalities or equivalent advanced functions for optimization, filtering, deduplication, and manipulation of network traffic, including support and updates.
• Implementation, integration, and configuration of the XDR, NDR, EDR, Deception, Sandbox, and network visibility components.
• Preparation of technical and operational documentation.
• Training for administrators, security team, and SOC team.
• Provider support for the solution, encompassing system maintenance, prophylaxis, application of updates, component upgrades, and ensuring communication with the manufacturer's technical support for 5 years.
• Technical support services as per items P2, P6, P8, and P11 for 60 months.
