TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this contract “Decentralised On-site Support Mechanism for Beneficiaries in the Water Sector under the Roadmap” is the provision of person-months of support for the specialised support of water service providers, specifically to Water Supply and Sewerage Companies (DEYA) and Municipalities, through the Contractor making available experienced staff (experts) who will provide their support services on site at the facilities of the final recipients (beneficiaries of the Programme). The experts will be made available by the Contractor and will provide, directly and on site, support services to the final recipients under the guidance of and in daily cooperation with the employees of the final recipients. The Contractor is responsible for the coordination and care of the experts, taking the relevant instructions and directions from the Contracting Authority. The Contractor must provide an appropriate and sufficient Project Team for the effective coordination and monitoring of the experts.
