TENDER DESCRIPTION

The H-Bahn (suspended railway) is a fully automated and driverless local transport system with a track route made of supports and girders in steel construction. The track-route girders are designed as a lower-slotted hollow box. The lower chords inside the hollow box form the running surfaces for the load-bearing wheels of the cabin bogies and are simultaneously used as braking surfaces for the mechanical brakes engaging the lower chords from below and above. The web plates of the track-route girders assume guidance of the bogies on the track. The H-Bahn switch consists of the switch bearer and the installed switch actuation unit. The geometry is determined by the alignment. Inside the switch bearer, the switch actuation unit is installed. The actuator drive of the actuation unit is arranged on the top flange. The two Y-point switches of the main line are to be replaced, WE01.02 (girder FA01TR024) and WE04.01 (girder FA04TR056). Both switches are identical in design. The manufacture of the switch bearers and the actuation units is the subject of this tender.
