TENDER DESCRIPTION

Valtori requests tenders for the procurement of a co-creation platform in accordance with this invitation to tender and its documents. The subject matter of the procurement is a browser-based cloud service solution for a co-creation platform for Valtori’s internal use and to support collaboration with stakeholders. The aim of the procurement is to obtain, as a ready-made solution, a versatile and easy-to-use co-creation platform that can be put into use quickly. At present, there are approximately 1,000–1,500 active users per month depending on the number of ongoing activities. The service is used as a tool for co-creation, engagement and consultation. Users respond to pre-assignments on the platform, participate in discussions both during and after a workshop or event, and work on matters together. The key point is that when using the platform, users can interact with each other, share information and insights, and learn from one another.
