TENDER DESCRIPTION

Valtori requests tenders for the acquisition of a co-development platform in accordance with this request for tenders and its documents. The subject of the procurement is a browser-based cloud service solution for a co-development platform for Valtori’s internal use as well as to support cooperation with stakeholders. The aim of the procurement is to obtain a versatile and easy-to-use co-development platform procured as a ready-made solution that can be taken into use quickly. In the current situation, the number of active users is approximately 1,000–1,500 people per month, depending on the number of ongoing activities. The service is used as a tool for co-development, engagement, and consultation. Users respond to pre-assignments on the platform, participate in the discussion during and after a workshop or event, and work on matters together. The key point is that when using the platform, users can interact with each other, share information and viewpoints, and learn from one another.
