TENDER DESCRIPTION

Communal housing is a social service subject to notification as referred to in Section 11 of the Act on Private Social Services. The service provider is responsible for the communal housing service. Care services are provided as home care services and support services (contract-based subcontracting is also acceptable) in accordance with the service need assessment carried out by the purchaser's Elderly Client Guidance. The service provider producing home care for communal housing must have the appropriate social and health care permits. The service subject to procurement is described in more detail in Attachment One (1) service description of the request for participation. The detailed objectives set by the purchaser for the procurement are: 1. Promoting the freedom of choice of the client 2. Developing the quality of the service to meet client needs 3. Supporting the multi-provider model 4. Enabling flexible market access for new companies 5.
