TENDER DESCRIPTION

The South Karelia Welfare Area (hereinafter "Customer") is tendering individual plastic basic eye prostheses with payment commitment. The Customer is procuring a service under this contract, the outcome of which is that the customer will have an eye prosthesis to use as a medical rehabilitation aid. Offers are requested for individual plastic basic eye prostheses and related services as follows: A) Plastic shell prosthesis and its 1st annual maintenance B) Annual maintenance separately (shell prosthesis) C) Plastic full eye prosthesis and its 1st annual maintenance D) Annual maintenance separately (full eye prosthesis) Additionally, prices are requested for: E) Other plastic eye prostheses and services: Modification of plastic eye prosthesis F) Other plastic eye prostheses and services: First prosthesis / socket former G) Other plastic eye prostheses and services: Plastic hollow eye prosthesis The procurement targets and their requirements are described in more detail later in this request for tenders and its annexes.
