TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Salo’s Facilities Services requests tenders for the procurement of the refurbishment of the ventilation units at the Ylhäistentie 2 school premises in accordance with this tender request and its attachments. In the refurbishment of the ventilation units, the existing fans are replaced with EC fans, and the fibre-containing sound attenuation materials are replaced in accordance with this tender request and its attachments. The supply air volumes of the newly refurbished ventilation unit fans and of the room spaces in the service area are adjusted. Minutes are prepared of the adjustments using the minute template of the City of Salo’s Facilities Services. The procurement includes the required electrical modification works for the new EC fans. As an additional option, the tenderer provides a price for the duct cleaning work. The price of the additional option does not affect the comparison price. The contracting authority decides on the procurement of the additional option no later than during the contract phase.
