The assignments under the framework arrangement may include the tasks listed below and combinations thereof. - A survey concerning the designated planning or construction area, in which the extent, degree, and need for remediation of contamination are identified and assessed, and a site-specific risk assessment is prepared. - Mapping, presentation, and selection of the most suitable and most cost-effective remediation method on a site-specific basis, minimizing the required material exchange. - Preparation of environmental permit applications and/or notifications required for the handling of contaminated soil materials. - Preparation of remediation contract plans and of the documentation required for tender costing, and acting as the environmental-technical supervisor for the remediation. - Preparation of site transfer related assessments and summaries concerning the cleanliness of the property’s soil. - Ensuring compliance with environmental protection legislation, regulations concerning waste, and instructions issued by the environmental administration. - Organising sampling and studies using standardized or otherwise reliable methods. - Investigating the use of circular…
