The assignments under the framework arrangement may include the tasks listed below and combinations thereof. - A survey concerning a designated planning or building plot area in which the extent, level and need for remediation of contamination are mapped and assessed, and a site-specific risk assessment is prepared. - Mapping, presenting and selecting the most suitable and most cost-effective remediation method for the site, minimising the required mass exchanges. - Preparation of environmental permit applications and/or notifications required for the handling of contaminated soil materials. - Preparation of plans for the contaminated soil remediation contract and preparation of the documents required for tender costing, as well as acting as the environmental-technical supervisor for the remediation. - Preparation of surveys and summaries related to the transfer of plots, concerning the purity of the property’s soil. - Ensuring compliance with environmental protection legislation, regulations concerning waste and instructions issued by the environmental administration. - Arranging sampling and investigations using standardised or otherwise reliable methods. - Investigating the…
