The assignments under the framework arrangement may include the tasks listed below and combinations of these. - Surveying of a designated planning or building site, in which the extent, degree, and need for cleaning of the contamination are mapped and assessed, and a site-specific risk assessment is prepared. - Identification, presentation, and selection of the most suitable and most cost-effective cleaning method for each site, minimising the required mass exchanges. - Preparation of environmental permit applications and/or notifications required for handling contaminated soil materials. - Preparation of remediation contract plans for contaminated soil and preparation of the documents required for contract pricing, and acting as the environmental-technical supervisor for the remediation. - Preparation of investigations and summaries related to transfer of plots, concerning the cleanliness of the property’s soil. - Ensuring compliance with environmental protection legislation, regulations concerning waste, and guidelines issued by the environmental administration. - Arranging sampling and studies using standardised or similarly reliable methods. - Assessing the use of…
