The assignments of the framework arrangement may include the tasks listed below and combinations thereof. - Feasibility study concerning the designated planning or building area, in which the extent, level/degree, and need for remediation of contamination are mapped and assessed, and a site-specific risk assessment is prepared. - Mapping, presentation, and selection of the most suitable and most cost-effective remediation method for each site, minimizing the required soil/material exchanges. - Preparation of environmental permit applications and/or notifications required for handling contaminated soil materials. - Preparation of remediation contract plans and documents required for tendering/quotation pricing, and acting as the environmental-technical supervisor for the remediation. - Preparation of reports and summaries related to the transfer/assignment of plots, regarding the cleanliness of the property’s soil. - Ensuring compliance with environmental protection legislation, regulations concerning waste, and guidance issued by the environmental administration. - Arranging sampling and investigations using standardized or otherwise reliable methods. - Determining the potential…
