Lot 1 - ICT Support Services and Managed Services

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This Lot covers the provision of managed ICT services and associated support solutions to educational establishments. Services may include the management, maintenance, monitoring and support of ICT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, software applications, end user devices, and associated technology services. The scope of this Lot includes, but is not limited to, remote and on-site ICT support, service desk provision, cyber security services, safeguarding technologies, connectivity solutions, backup and disaster recovery, MIS support, infrastructure management, ICT consultancy, training and strategic ICT planning. The Lot is intended to provide Customers with access to Suppliers capable of delivering the full range of end-to-end requirements across both operational ICT support and strategic technology services, enabling organisations to maintain secure, reliable and effective technology environments that support teaching, learning and organisational performance.
