TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Should I Become an Entrepreneur section assesses the participant’s interest, opportunities, and readiness to become an entrepreneur. In the assessment, the participant considers their motivation and readiness for business activities and evaluates the profitability prospects of a potential business idea. The assessment briefly introduces different forms of entrepreneurship and the requirements related to establishing a company. The participant will gain tools and means in the training to make decisions regarding promoting and starting a business. After completing this section, the participant will have basic knowledge of the possibilities and requirements of entrepreneurship as well as the fundamentals of a business plan and profitable business. The assessment provides a realistic picture of entrepreneurship, its positive aspects, and the challenges related to entrepreneurship. A key goal is that the participant understands whether promoting and starting a business is timely or realistic for them. The assessment includes the possibility of a personal discussion.
