TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), participants are sought to provide company-specific expert services for developing responsibility. The University of Oulu and the Northern Ostrobothnia Entrepreneurs Association (PPY) will acquire, under this DPS, the services described for the needs of the University of Oulu’s and PPY’s project “Power of Responsibility”. The subject of the procurement is in particular the company-specific expert services to be implemented in the “Power of Responsibility” project, as well as also other possible expert services required by the project. The expert services are competed among suppliers approved for the dynamic purchasing system through an internal competition within the DPS (hereinafter mini-competition). In the mini-competition, the request for tenders is sent to all suppliers approved for the DPS. The subject of the procurement is company-specific expert services for promoting responsibility in micro and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
