TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive provision of the preparation, cooking and serving of meals for employees of the contracting authority within the operation of an internal canteen, to which members of the public generally do not have access. Catering is intended for internal employees as well as for other persons whom the contracting authority allows, while the provider is required to ensure continuous provision of the subject matter of the contract as well as the continuous performance of all related activities, i.e. in particular to ensure sufficient staffing capacity necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract and to provide services that are fully compliant with applicable hygiene regulations. The food will be prepared in the facilities of a newly reconstructed and newly equipped kitchen that meets current technical, hygienic and operational standards and has capacity enabling the preparation of meals for approximately 600 diners per day.
