Logistics security and ensuring continuity of deliveries specified in the POLiOC – Construction of a warehouse hall 4.1. The subject of the contract comprises construction works carried out in the “design and build” system related to performing the task titled: Logistics security and ensuring continuity of deliveries specified in the POLiOC – Construction of a warehouse hall. STAGE I. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) preparation – based on the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU) made available by the Contracting Authority – project and cost estimate documentation necessary to carry out the undertaking, together with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, opinions and permits enabling the works to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, 2) execution of construction and installation works on the basis of project and cost estimate documentation developed for the undertaking within the scope of STAGE I, completed with preparation of as-built documentation. 4.2.
