• Acquisition of repair and maintenance services for BACKHUS and PAAL waste sorting equipment at Zabieliškio MAR and Kauno MBA.
• Repair services and spare parts will be procured on an as-needed basis.
• The supplier is required to perform technical maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's specifications, technical documentation, instructions, and recommendations.
• Work must be executed by specialists who are trained and/or certified by the equipment manufacturer, possessing adequate qualifications and experience for this type of equipment.
• A technical condition assessment of the serviced equipment must be conducted at least once a month.
• The supplier must perform technical maintenance for the BACKHUS and PAAL equipment, report any detected malfunctions, worn components, and the need for routine repairs.
• Throughout the contract, the supplier must ensure technical maintenance, fault resolution, replacement of worn parts and components, and any other tasks necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
• Upon receiving an electronic notification of a fault, the supplier must initiate fault elimination within 24 hours.
• Should faults or additional work requirements be identified, the supplier must submit an estimate for the repair work and required spare parts for the procuring organization's approval.
• Technical maintenance and repairs must utilize original manufacturer's spare parts. If original parts are no longer produced or are objectively unobtainable, manufacturer-approved or technically equivalent parts ensuring comparable technical, operational, and reliability parameters may be used, with the supplier providing documentation to substantiate equivalency.
