TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is to provide a service consisting in granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11,000,000.00 (eleven million zlotys) to cover the planned budget deficit of the Mszczonów Municipality in 2026 in the amount of PLN 11,000000.00. 2. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract along with the loan repayment schedule have been specified in the SWZ and in the Material Provisions of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to draw down the full amount of the loan. The minimum loan amount that the Contracting Authority will use is PLN 4,000,000.00 (four million zlotys). No fee or commission will be charged by the Contractor on the amount of the loan that is not drawn down. The Parties shall agree on a new loan repayment schedule and the arrangements made shall be recorded in the form of an annex to the contract. 4.
