TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11.000.000,00 (eleven million zlotys) to cover the planned budget deficit of the Mszczonów Municipality in 2026 in the amount of PLN 11.000000,00. 2. Detailed conditions of the contract together with the repayment schedule for the loan are set out in the SWZ and in the Essential Provisions of the Contract, constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to draw down the loan amount in full. The minimum loan amount that the Contracting Authority will use is PLN 4.000.000,00 (four million zlotys). No fee or commission will be charged by the Contractor for the amount of the loan not drawn down. The Parties shall agree a new loan repayment schedule and the arrangements made shall be recorded in the form of an annex to the contract. 4.
