1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) under the basic contract (guaranteed scope): Taking out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3,360,000.00 for the purpose of repaying previously incurred obligations and financing the deficit. 2) under the contract covered by the option right (scope covered by the option right): Taking out a long-term loan in a maximum amount of up to PLN 3,150,000.00 for the purpose of financing the deficit.
