TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of 24-hour winter maintenance of hardened municipal roads, dirt roads, and housing estate/internal roads in the Legionowo area, in accordance with the attached lists A, B, C, and D constituting annexes to the contract, during snowfalls and black ice throughout their duration. 2. The Contractor undertakes to: 1) clear snow and remove slipperiness on streets listed in list A at an enhanced standard, according to list D, over the entire width (snow deposition cannot exceed 0.5 m from the edge of the roadway); 2) clear snow and remove slipperiness on streets and housing estate/internal roads listed in lists B and C at a normal standard, according to list D, over the entire width (snow deposition cannot exceed 0.5 m from the edge of the roadway); 3) clear snow and remove slipperiness on streets and housing estate/internal roads not covered by the lists on a temporary basis at the Ordering Party's request. 3.
