TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: "Development of the post-mining Moszczenica Bathhouse building in Jastrzębie-Zdrój" co-financed under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027, Priority: FESL.10. "European Funds for transformation", Action FSL.10.09 "Reuse of post-industrial, devastated, degraded areas for regional development purposes", Co-financing agreement for the project "Development of the post-mining Moszczenica Bathhouse building in Jastrzębie-Zdrój" no. FESL.10.09-IZ.01-1148/25. The scope of the task for stage I is the purchase, delivery, and installation of equipment along with the adaptation of premises of a part of the Moszczenica Bathhouse building, involving rebuilding and adapting the post-mining building of the former miners' bathhouse to current building regulations - to new functional uses.
