Development of the village plot in the town of Wólka Grodziska I. I. The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment task entitled: “Development of the village plot in the town of Wólka Grodziska”. 1. General characteristics of the existing condition: The area covered by the study is located in the town of Wólka Grodziska in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune. The area of land covered by the study is 1100 m². Land registry plots no. 94/63 and 94/64 are developed by means of fencing, a garage, a pavilion (summerhouse) and greenery in the form of trees. A water supply connection has been provided to the plot. II. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, inter alia: Basic scope of works: The contract includes the construction of small architecture structures in a public place with a development area of 1100.00 m², together with the execution of a safe gravel surface, a mineral surface, and a surface made of concrete paving blocks; the construction of small architecture structures—consisting of four play devices and three power/fitness devices.
