TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I: Management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) and municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99) 1. The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in the management (subjecting to recovery processes R or disposal in disposal processes D): 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01); 2) municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99) on the terms specified in the SWZ, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. Management applies to unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) originating from inhabited and mixed properties located in Jelenia Góra and municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99) originating from places not intended for its disposal and storage located within the territory of Jelenia Góra, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 3. Waste codes in the SWZ have been provided in accordance with the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10). 4.
