TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I: Management of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99) 1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the management (subjecting to recovery processes R or disposal processes D) of: 1) mixed municipal waste (20 03 01); 2) municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99) upon the terms specified in the ToR, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. The management covers mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) originating from residential and mixed properties located in Jelenia Góra and municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99) originating from places not intended for their disposal and storage located in the area of Jelenia Góra, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 3. Waste codes in the ToR are provided in accordance with the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10). 4.
